1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Handel Corporation S.A.S website (hereinafter, "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Use of Service

Our quotation system is designed to provide cost estimates for international transportation (air, sea LCL, sea FCL, and customs). By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations generated by our system are estimates based on current rates at the time of inquiry. We reserve the right to:

• Modify rates without prior notice
• Adjust prices according to market conditions
• Apply additional surcharges as applicable (fuel, security, peak season, etc.)
• Reject quotations that do not meet our operational requirements

Important: Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from issuance, subject to space availability and formal confirmation.

4. User Registration and Account

To access certain system functionalities, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying any security breach
• Providing truthful and updated information

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Handel Corporation S.A.S and is protected by Colombian and international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Handel Corporation S.A.S shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
• Loss of data or information
• Quotation errors caused by incorrect user-provided information
• Changes in customs regulations or government tariffs

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cartagena, Colombia.
